Woman goes to the gym for 100 days (Weight loss motivation)

I made the decision to do some workouts,  overcome my depression and be the change that I wanted to see. The rule was to film for only 10 seconds a day, but so much more happened beyond those 10 seconds. I said, “If I could just inspire one person to make a change for themselves, then I’ve done what I set out to do.” Never expected this to become such awesomeness.
